We are looking for a highly capable Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Core HR and related modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements perform system configurations manage testing cycles and support business operations post go-live. A strong understanding of business processes configuration tools and Oracle Fusion HCM best practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Configure and support Core HR and related modules (e.g. Absence Talent ORC Compensation).
Maintain and manage configuration of:
Work Structures (Jobs Positions Grades)
Business Process flows (Approvals Journeys Notifications)
Lookups Profile Options and Functional Setup Manager (FSM) tasks.
Coordinate and execute functional testing UAT and training for business users.
Prepare and maintain configuration workbooks test scripts and user manuals.
Analyze Oracle quarterly updates assess business impact and implement necessary configuration changes.
Support data migration activities using HDL templates (minimal technical work primarily template validation).
Create and modify OTBI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Provide day-to-day support for issue resolution and service request (SR) tracking with Oracle.
Qualifications :
710 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in Core HR; experience in Absence Management ORC Talent or Compensation is a plus.
Deep understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
Experience in:
Functional Setup Manager (FSM)
OTBI reporting
Workflow/Approval rule configurations
Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM configuration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have:
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional certifications.
Exposure to HDL HSDL templates (basic understanding for functional roles).
Familiarity with HCM Extracts Fast Formulas (view-only or collaboration with technical teams).
Experience with multi-country/multi-entity HCM implementations.
