The Novus Print division has a proud legacy which includes the highest level of manufacturing excellence first mover in new technology and solutions-orientated offerings. The team is exceptionally strong and is seasoned in standardisation and optimisation of processes able to adapt quickly to change and most importantly solid in its culture and values.

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a SHEQ Officer with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will report to the Senior SHEQ Officer.

  • Implement & Maintain ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 31001 standards and Company SHEQ Policies
  • Conduct Risk Assessments Safety Audits & Inspections to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures
  • Investigate incidents Report Findings and Implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining safe work procedures and standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for Management of Permanent Contractors
  • Review and approve all subcontractors safety files and legal compliance
  • Provide induction training to contractors visitors and employees.
  • Arrange toolbox talks and distribute communication.
  • Assist in compiling SHEQ reports.
