Job Description
- 7 years of progressive experience in finance with a strong preference for Operations and Supply Chain Finance.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive informed business decisions.
- MBA CPA CFA or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
- Highly detail-oriented self-motivated and organized with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Expert business partnering skills with a proven ability to influence decision-making across functional areas.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and a proven track record of delivering insights that shape key business decisions.
- Experience leading and/or contributing to process improvements automation initiatives or system enhancements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP FileMaker and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is highly desirable.
