Whatyoull do
As an In-Room Dining Coordinatoryoull enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You willbe responsible for delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything theyare doing while looking after all our guests needs. This includes mise-en-placeof trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms delivering guest orders andrequests as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests andregular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but thebest experience.
- Youllalso show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requestsor any challenges that may arise during the day and ensuring proper deliveryaccording to the outlets Service SOPs
- Monitorand manage inventory levels of in room dining supplies ensuring everything isstocked and ready for use. To ensure that all transfers of beverages arecompleted in line with required standard.
- Handle billing for in room dining ordersensuring accurate charges are applied to guest accounts.

The operational hours of work areshift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
- 7AM - 3.45PM
- 2.30PM - 11.15PM
- 11PM - 7.45AM
Whatyoull bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experiencein 5-star hotel service: Candidates should have spent at least one year workingin in-room dining or a similar guest service role in a luxury setting.
- Clearcommunication in English: They must be able to speak clearly in English and beconfident when talking to guests.
- Stayingcalm under pressure: They should remain composed when the work is busy orguests have special requests.
- Strong attentionto detail and good organization: Its important to notice small things (likeguest preferences) and keep tasks in order.
- Goodtime-management and being organized: They need to manage multiple tasks stayon schedule and keep track of orders.
- Polishedpersonal appearance and professionalism: Presenting oneself neatly and behavingcourteously is a must.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledgeof food & beverage standards in luxury service: Familiarity with high-enddining service protocols and fine-dining expectations is a plus.
- Understandingdietary needs and menu adaptations: Being able to discuss dietary requirementsand suggest suitable menu options is helpful.
- Discretionand experience serving high-profile guests: Understanding guest privacy andmaintaining discretion is beneficial.
- Tech-savvyand aptitude with order systems: Being confident using digital tools or ordermanagement systems can help.
- Upsellingskills and knowing guest preferences: The ability to suggest additional itemsand remember repeat guests likes is advantageous.
