We are seeking ahighly motivated all-round Content Strategist with a talent for executing an online and offline marketing strategy to continue to drive our growth in LATAM from our Buenos Aires this exciting role you must be a fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business connect with other teams to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to successfully build a strategy and manage multiple projects at once. Your primary responsibility will be implementing our content strategy in the region localizing our offering to its needscreating brand awareness and positioning assets engaging with customers both online and offline building relationship with media and organizing and attending online and offline events within the market.
What youll do:
- Flawless execution of our Marketing strategy in LATAM and take it to the next level by finding new and exciting ways to connect with the community and industry to boost our business growth.
- Build brand generate leads and sign ups educate the market and improve our customers engagement.
- Create awareness campaigns in order to build positioning
- Create innovative content that will engage our customers and explore opportunities to expand our footprint in the mainstream media.
- Develop and create assets with the Design team to engage customers and enable local teams to educate users
- Work with central teams and local partners to improve SEO
- Be the link between local markets and corporate teams to feed them with market needs insights and trends.
- Collaborate in feedback sessions with customers and internal teams
- Work across the local and global marketing team to localize our landing pages online ads presentations and be responsible for the initiatives quality and performance.
- Translate global content optimize our sites My Account and registration funnels process (Consumer Journey end to end)
- Develop eyes and ears across internal and external social channels looking out for specific feedback & being the first to solve issues.
- Manage monitor and assist our PR and SM agencies
Who you are:
- BA in business administration communication marketing journalism content writer or anything else that would make us say hmmm thats interesting.
- 5 years in marketing roles including digital marketing online advertising content PR SEO brand awareness social media and events.
- A proactive doer working both with a local team and remotely with global teams handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues and customers in other locations.
- Project manager skills high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines.
- Hard working multi-tasker who is willing to work during evenings and weekends to handle urgent matters.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Not a must but a great advantage
- Local knowledge and contacts of agencies media influencers vendors and more.
- Experience using Wordpress Asana or other task management tools and Salesforce.
- Experience in B2B marketing or fintech professional service or payments companies.
