Job Title
Product Manager - Digital Security and Identity- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts UX Engineering QA) to define and deliver secure scalable identity management solutions.
- Drive the product roadmap for authentication authorization and identity verification features.
- Make strategic decisions that balance security user experience and business value within time and budget constraints.
- Act as a subject matter expert in IAM contributing to product enhancements that address evolving security threats and compliance requirements.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate security capabilities and gather feedback.
- Support go-to-market strategies with accurate documentation including security whitepapers implementation guides and compliance checklists.
- Analyze market trends threat landscapes and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
- Monitor product usage and security metrics to guide continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
What you will need to have:
- BS/BA in Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related technical/business field.
- 4 years in product management preferably in cybersecurity or identity management.
- Deep understanding of secure software development practices and Agile methodologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth SAML OpenID Connect) MFA and zero trust principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR CCPA PSD2 NIST).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to risk and compliance.
