Job Description
- 10 years of People Leadership experience in a strategic role with experience in establishing vision goals and developing strategic and tactical execution plans.
- 15 years of experience in retail operations retail strategy or a related corporate field.
- Highly strategic with expert knowledge of the global retail industry commerce and omni channel trends.
- Proven Ability to prioritize plan delegate and implement strategies programs and projects optimally; successfully navigating and executing in corporate structures.
- Keen analysis of data and information understand sales performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Passionate people manager that enables a culture of performance by building capabilities of individuals and teams through effective employee development involvement communication and mentoring.
- Business travel as needed.
- Strong strategic storytelling and presentation skills with proven experience presenting to executive audience.
- Masters degree in relevant field (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience.
