40Summary:
The Home Health Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for staffing personnel for home health visits clinics hospitals camps office. Coordinates scheduling needs for new /ongoing clinical patients. Performs visit encounter batching ticket delivery confirmation and submits batches daily.
Education & Experience:
High school or equivalent degree.
Minimum experience of one to two years office experience.
Fields of expertise in healthcare staffing or placement services.
Skills including ability to prioritize work good telephone etiquette minimal computer use interviewing maintaining logs filing systems and appointments calculator fax and copier.
Ability to interact with people.
Good communication skills.
Manually process 80 to 90 work orders per day.
Cross training with other positions within the department.
Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Must be able to take On-Call shift after hours.
Certification/Licensure:
Current Texas drivers license in good standing.
