Position Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Location: Pampanga Philippines

Position Overview
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to ensure the organizations fiscal health sustainability and growth. This role will be responsible for financial planning budgeting risk management and compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. The CFO will partner closely with executive leadership to support business strategy optimize financial performance and ensure transparency in reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall financial management of the organization including budgeting forecasting cash flow and long-term financial planning.
Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities.
Oversee accounting treasury billing collections and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Provide timely and accurate financial reports analysis and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership.
Implement financial controls policies and risk management systems to safeguard organizational assets.
Support decision-making for investments expansions and operational improvements.
Manage relationships with banks auditors government agencies and other financial stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to build capability and ensure high performance.
Drive continuous process improvement in financial systems and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA required.
Masters degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in healthcare FMCG BPO or other service-driven industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills.
High integrity and ability to work in a confidential fast-paced environment.
