Position: Accounts Receivable Associate
Working Hours: Full-timeMon-Fri 10:00 am - 6:00 pm PDT
Salary: $1500-2500 (depending on exp and clients final offer)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess Excellent Communication skills and a strong background in handling accounts receivable is a plus. You will play a crucial role in managing client communications and ensuring timely payments.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming calls.
- Calling customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
- Reaching out to clients for various purposes as needed.
- Maintaining and updating the database of all clients.
- Informing clients about their payment status and updating records accordingly.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage client interactions effectively and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing databases and client records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable (A Plus).
