Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:
23 years of full-time hands-on experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Highly self-driven capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Effective time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Practical experience in the TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) industry is required.
