Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Lead production operations to meet demand quality and cost targets.
Ensure safety and environmental compliance across all activities.
Assess risks and implement safety plans for people and equipment.
Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize schedules.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Support customer visits and showcase manufacturing capabilities.
Develop and motivate your team to achieve operational goals.
Manage budgets and resolve cost-related challenges.
Your Background
Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering.
10 years in manufacturing operations management.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training/certifications.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Proven leadership and change management experience.
Skilled in presenting complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
