The selected candidate will:
- Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
- Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
- Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
- Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidates background will include:
- Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- SAP experience preferred
Kaeser offers a competitive pay $65000-$95000 to commensurate with experience in addition to an excellent benefit package including Medical Dental Vision Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
