The Plant Manager will play a key leadership role overseeing all manufacturing operations for a growing conveyor systems company serving the corrugated packaging industry. This position involves managing a cross-functional team including mechanical/electrical engineers fabrication assembly and production floor personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong people-management skills hands-on manufacturing leadership experience and the ability to drive efficiency quality and continuous improvement in a shop environment.
This is a Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire role with Full benefits provided.
Qualifications:
5 years of plant or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience overseeing fabrication assembly or mechanical production teams
Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a hands-on fast-paced setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and basic ERP systems (knowledge of MiTrak is a bonus but not required)
Background in conveyor systems or the corrugated packaging industry is highly preferred but not required
