Position Summary
As a Production Drafter you will create detailed shop drawings and technical documentation that serve as the foundation for our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong AutoCAD drafting skills an eye for detail and a passion for transforming design concepts into buildable realities.
Your drawings will guide production teams in creating everything from retail signage and displays to custom millwork and architectural dcor. Success in this role requires precision problem-solving and collaboration across design engineering and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural elevations renderings and site surveys.
- Collaborate with production managers engineers and project leads to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
- Prepare drawings for retail signage store fixtures millwork and dcor installations.
- Resolve drawing or product issues while maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met.
- AutoCAD certification in mechanical architectural or engineering drafting (required).
- Associate or bachelors degree in drafting architecture or related field (preferred).
- Experience with retail millwork drafting cabinetry or construction drawings a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

This position is 100% on-site and requires the candidate to work from our Fairfield OH office during regular business hours. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
