Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve existing products and support the development of new mechanical systems and water purification technologies.

• Lead technical analyses and feasibility studies on new engineering concepts materials and mechanisms.

• Execute end-to-end design work: from CAD modeling and simulation to prototyping and functional testing.

• Research emerging technologies and materials relevant to our hardware roadmap.

• Take ownership of time-intensive detail-oriented tasks that are crucial to project success.
  
  

Who You Are

• You are currently enrolled in a university program and pursuing the final phase of a Masters (or final-year Bachelors) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Youre proactive hands-on and thrive in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

• Youre fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

• You are already based in the Netherlands preferably in or near Amsterdam and available full-time for 6 months.
  
  

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Solid experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks Fusion 360 or similar).

• Exposure to fluid dynamics hydraulics electronics integration or complex mechanical systems.

• Experience working on engineering projects that went beyond the classroom; whether through personal projects research or internships.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in testing and validation work.
