Mission: The mission of The Guild for Human Services is to educate encourage and empower individuals with intellectual disabilities so they may achieve their full potential to lead high-quality lives and participate meaningfully in the The Guild you can join a workforce of creative dedicated and passionate employees working every day to enhance the lives of youth and adults with intellectual disabilities and other Duties/Responsibilities:Implement student individualized behavior treatment plan and record dataRecommend and/or participate in the development and implementation of specific communication and behavior management programs for selected assigned studentsProvide supervision/monitoring of students during breaks lunches community trips and other times as assigned/ effective and ongoing contact with other day and residential staff to ensure continuity and consistency of programming for assigned studentsWork as a member of a team to maintain a clean safe positive learning environment for each individualAssist students in acquisition of self-care skills when necessary.
