Position Summary:
The Talent Programs Coordinator supports the Talent Development department at Salt & Straw by coordinating and executing talent enablement initiatives across retail shops manufacturing and business support teams. This role assists in a wide range of activities including onboarding offboarding training logistics internal communications and leadership development programs. The Coordinator plays a key role in managing training schedules tracking program effectiveness and ensuring seamless delivery of learning experiences. This position requires a proactive detail-oriented individual with strong communication organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Team Members and leaders to enhance overall learning and development efforts.

Wage Transparency
We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $23.40-$26.00 per hour highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $23.40-$28.60 per hour.
