Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate in Communication Sciences Political Science Sociology Anthropology Community Development or Institutional Relations with experience in the area of health and/or nutrition.
- Fluency in Portuguese; English

Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Five years of combined national and international experience in the fields of cooperation community interventions malnutrition or public health.
Desired:
- Professional career strongly focused on cooperation and public health humanitarian action and community health interventions;
- Good adaptation to teamwork cordiality communication and respect;
- Mature judgment strong technical analytical and conceptual skills; demonstrated ability to assess analyze synthesize and provide recommendations on key technical issues;
- Ability to manage multiple issues and tasks in a complex organizational environment;
- Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation systems (data management);
- Experience in training and organizing workshops and discussion forums;
- Experience in communicating data and results through different digital and physical resources (web social media designing workshop materials etc.).
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Preparation of technical documentation for the Project communication;
- Monitoring of research data (project Monitoring&Evaluation system). Data management;
- Collaboration in the elaboration of community health workers (ADECOS) plans: management of the work of community health workers together with local partners;
- Coordination with community activity supervisors on key messages to work on during community dialogue activities;
- Participation in intra- and inter-institutional coordination meetings. Ability to coordinate technical dialogue with other partners;
- Coordination of the design and implementation of workshops and other forums as tools for discussion and dissemination of knowledge;
- Support to international coordination through regular technical reporting;
- Develop and implement activities in Angola in coordination with the headquarters of the project organizations in Spain;
- Facilitate dissemination learning and knowledge sharing with the various identified stakeholders; establish networks; and ensure that the research and evidence generated are available for policy and strategy implementation;
- Implement the projects communication strategy supporting the local communication strategy through online and physical resources to disseminate the projects results and progress;
- Supporting communication with various stakeholders and project decision-makers;
- Contribute to the development of scientific publications and articles;
- Collaborate and participate in the development of new research and other activities.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: January 2026.
- Gross annual salary: 32.000 euros (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
