Title: Senior Engineer Process Integration

Introduction:
Process integration engr in RF product development organization to develop optimize and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance schedule and quality requirements
Your Job:
- Process integration Engineer responsible for development optimization and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements
- Partner process module engineers to improve device/yield performance
- Manage logistics for processing the lots in fab
- Owner and point of contact for new product lots in the fab.
- Process split DOE execution
- Route creation
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent years relevant experience for PhD 1-3 years for Masters 2-4 years for Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of wafer fabrication processes
- Independent resourceful with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
