Retail Team Member - Freezer Stock
Location: Muskegon
Starting Pay: $13.00-$14.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: Full-time

As a Retail Team Member you play a key role in supporting our mission. You help reduce food waste and make a positive impact in the community by keeping our freezers well-stocked clean and welcoming. Your work helps move overstock and closeout food efficiently delivering value to families while contributing to a more sustainable food system.
A Sample of the Role:
This role involves accurately restocking rotating and monitoring frozen food products inside the freezers to ensure a clean and organized presentation as well as assisting customers in locating items. The Retail Freezer Stocker plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels adhering to safety standards and providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for keeping the freezer and bunkers on the floor filled and front faced.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
- Greet and engage customers assisting them in locating products and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
- Follow operational procedures including accurate cash handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stock shelves ensure accurate pricing and rotate products to maintain quality.
- Receive and organize inventory check in deliveries and assist in unloading.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in thecold.
- Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
