Job Description
Step into a high-impact criminal defense role with one of Californias most respected trial teams. This position offers the opportunity to sharpen your courtroom skills manage an engaging DUI-focused caseload and work with a practice known for its results-driven defense strategies.
This is a remote position with regular court appearances in Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino. Youll join a collaborative team that values professional excellence continuous learning and client-focused advocacy. With dedicated paralegal support and statewide resources youll have the backing needed to succeed while still maintaining autonomy in your cases.
What Youll Do
- Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active matters (primarily DUI)
- Appear in court regularly for hearings motions and trials
- Handle APS hearings and maintain strong client communication
- Transition cases from intake through resolution with the support of skilled paralegals
- Leverage your trial experience to defend clients with professionalism and compassion

- Salary: $90000 $130000 plus bonus eligibility

Schedule & Expectations
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (with flexibility as needed)
- No billable hour requirement
- Remote role with mandatory in-person court appearances
- Average caseload: 107 cases (25% in active court at a time)
Candidate Profile
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Background in criminal defense or prosecution
- Strong interest in DUI defense and trial work
- Ability to manage a meaningful caseload with professionalism and client care
