As Senior Manager in F100 PMO create strategy and execute in partnership with functional teams to ensure the future readiness of the F100-PW-229 engine & module production. You will manage production part list and assure timely OEM build. Responsible for integration with Operations and Production Delivery Center (PDC) on F100 Build Plans - to deliver new modules and engines on time per contract by identifying risks. Manage EAPS budget for Production Support. Advocate for culture change to drive process improvements with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure program material is delivered on time per schedule/MRP requirements. Facilitates MRP load integration meetings between operations and programs to balance demand and supply where cost and risk is evaluated and actions to improve future needs are assigned to the responsible organizations. Assures flawless execution and drives affordability from our supply base.
What Will You Do
Develop short and long-term strategies for production
Analyze and drive mitigation strategies to ensure on time delivery of spare parts
Develop predictive tools and sensitivity models to detail various scenarios including sourcing mitigation customer impact and recovery
Report CDRL requirement to USG internal KPIs and capacity planning
Generate complex business impact reports
Participate in the Production IPMT: Drive integrated solutions for successfully executing current contract deliverables expediting spares critical part recovery improving supply chain resiliency and managing customer expectations
Identify cost reduction initiatives to improve EAC and product cost
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial or Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
10 years of program management operations and supply chain experience or an Advanced degree with 7 years of program management operations and supply chain experience
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Position may require a minimum of 10% travel
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to support business unit level SIOP translating macro level supply / demand alignment into micro level actions and vice versa. Also creating sourcing roadmaps developing strategies risk management action item management and requirements change management
Material acceleration to support program and customer requirements
Ensure data integrity in both our MRP system as well as supplier rating systems; aggressively driving performance improvements
Risk mitigation and delivery improvements including validation of a suppliers schedule WIP status capacity and capability
Ability to apply critical thinking throughout the supplier performance and oversight process
Skilled in internal and external communications team building conflict resolution and relationship management to create an effective partnering environment that includes credibility respect and trust
Self-starter who demonstrates ownership over assigned objectives
