We are seeking a hand-on systems engineer to join our team and help bring our future electric system to reality. You will work closely with software electronics and mechanical engineers to integrate validate and deliver our next generation drive system while considering emerging technologies that could improve our architecture.
This role combines systems thinking with a curiosity for future solutions. You will manage the development and integration of system components such as batteries and sensors manage suppliers and ensure the electric system meets key objectives safely and on time. You will have the opportunity to prototype new concepts evaluate emerging technologies and help determine how and when they could integrate into our roadmap.
The successful candidate will thrive on bringing structure to complexity and wont hesitate to get hands-on while solving complex system problems. You will be systematic when verifying requirements yet flexible and creative when troubleshooting issues assessing solutions or building prototypes. Clear communication structured thinking and a collaborative mindset are essential as you align technical decisions across disciplines.
