Mirak Automotive Group a family-owned and operated dealership serving the Greater Boston area for over 90 years is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building lifelong relationships with our customersand we want someone who shares that passion!
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Clearly communicate maintenance and repair recommendations
- Generate repair orders and maintain accurate service records
- Coordinate vehicle status updates between technicians and customers
- Ensure timely completion of services and seamless customer experience
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred but were willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A customer-first attitude and commitment to delivering quality service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (Dealertrack is a plus)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
