About the job
As an integral member of our team you will play a pivotal role in supporting field service operations by managing logistics for parts and tools. You will have the opportunity to coordinate shipments operate warehouse equipment and ensure accurate documentation for service-related activities contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently this is an on-site opportunity located in Houston TX.
As a part of the team you will:
Receive and process incoming shipments of parts and tools ensuring accuracy and timely handling
Select pack and ship rigging and lifting equipment based on job scope
Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
Coordinate tool calibration programs and expedite parts as needed
Communicate critical order information to internal and external customers
Support Field Service KPIs and act as backup for other FS Service Coordinators
Use digital platforms for customer updates
Participate in meetings and improvement initiatives
What you know
You have a high school diploma (some college preferred) and:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing job shop or customer service environment
Forklift certification preferred; ability to lift at least 80 lbs.
Experience with cranes rigging and heavy equipment handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Familiarity with standard PC software and web-based platforms
Willingness and availability to travel periodically within the USA for training or site visits.
You demonstrate key behaviors such as customer focus agility and a strong ability to learn.
