Job Title: HR Coordinator
Position Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Status: Part-time
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday 8am-5pm
Location: Gunnison Utah
Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator will support the HR department by assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role will handle entry-level HR functions including employee support timecard adjustments recruiting coordination and company events. The ideal candidate will be approachable detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general HR support to employees and managers by responding to questions and directing inquiries as appropriate.
Assist with timecard adjustments and payroll-related data entry.
Support the recruiting process by posting jobs screening resumes scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Assist with new hire onboarding tasks including document collection system entry and orientation preparation.
Help plan and execute company events employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as needed.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing data entry and correspondence.
Qualifications:
12 years of administrative HR or related experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new HRIS and payroll systems quickly. Experience in Paycom/Infor is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Schedule:
Part-time 2530 hours per week.
