Job Description

Role: Town Planner
Client: Leading Planning & Development consultancy
Essentials: Degree in Town Planning Development or related; 2 years town planning experience; Strong knowledge of Irish planning legislation
Location: South Dublin (office-based)
Salary:DOE

Our client a leading planning & development consultancy is seeking a Planner to join its Dublin team. The role offers exposure to diverse planning projects and the opportunity to develop your expertise while supporting high-profile developments across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Policy Advice

  • Prepare and manage planning applications reports and appeals.
  • Provide planning policy advice and assess development opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with clients local authorities and multi-disciplinary design teams.
  • Contribute to meetings and presentations representing client interests.

Team Contribution

  • Mentor and support graduate/assistant planners.
  • Play a key role in project delivery from inception to approval.
