We are hiring for our client a well-established professional services firm based in Belfast who are seeking a professional and personable Administrator / Receptionist to provide a welcoming front-of-house presence while also supporting the wider teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-respected office environment in a dual-facing role.

The Role:

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage a busy reception desk and telephone line directing calls and queries
  • Provide refreshments and manage client meeting room bookings and parking coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and manage client reminder text services
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Maintain client records and update databases accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
  • Assist in delivering service levels agreed with clients
  • Contribute to improving process efficiency and team collaboration
  • Act with professionalism confidentiality and integrity in all interactions

The Person What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role ideally in professional services
  • Warm confident and professional communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling reception duties and admin tasks in a busy office
  • A team player who is proactive solutions-focused and eager to support clients and colleagues
  • IT confident with ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Committed to delivering outstanding client service and working ethically
