Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT operations for employees in Ireland.

Maintain and configure user accounts permissions and access rights.

Procure set up and deploy PCs laptops and mobile devices.

Install update and manage software applications.

Administer servers network devices and connected equipment.

Provide timely end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

Support and maintain office IT hardware including printers and video conferencing systems.

Ensure data security and availability through backups and adherence to security best practices.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Previous experience in IT systems administration ideally supporting both users and infrastructure.

Good understanding of core IT concepts such as networking operating systems and user account management.

Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach.
