Lead Educator Diploma Qualified Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes
Location: Springfield Lakes QLD
Permanent Full-Time $36.43$37.54 per hour Benefits
About Us:
At Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes our purpose-built 75-place centre offers warm engaging learning environments and nature-inspired outdoor spaces complete with sandpits a bike track climbing wall bush tucker garden teepee and veggie patches encouraging curiosity discovery and a love of learning.
We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to step into a permanent full-time role where your leadership will make a real impact in shaping young lives.
The Role:
As a Lead Educator youll play a key role in creating high-quality educational programs mentoring educators in your room and building strong positive relationships with families and the wider team. Your leadership and creativity will guide a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
What Youll Need:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
First Aid Certificate with training in Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Proven experience leading a room or acting in a similar leadership role
Ability to mentor support and inspire your team
Strong planning documentation and communication skills
