Our client is a well-run high-end Commercial/Industrial Security Systems Integrator based in the DFW market that is growing rapidly in Texas and also Nationally. They are looking for an Operations Manager to manage approximately 30 employees as well as assisting with managing the P&L for their DFW branch. We need someone that is hands on and that will help drive growth and maintain customer satisfaction
This is a newly created position due to growth. Company offers:
We are looking for someone with 5 years of high-end commercial/industrial Operations Management experience in the security integration field. You will be responsible for putting policies and procedures into place which will help to take the branch to the next level. We need someone that is both process and people focused that can bring the best out of their employees.
