Were looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our Warehouse and Purchasing teams to maintain accurate inventory records through routine and systematic counting of materials and products. This role helps ensure data integrity between physical stock and system records supports operational efficiency and reduces the risk of stockouts or overages.

Youll report to the Warehouse Manager and work onsite from our Santa Ana CA headquarters.

What Youll Do:

• Perform daily weekly and monthly cycle counts according to the established schedule.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes of variances.

• Document and report all findings to the Supply Chain Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager.

• Work closely with warehouse staff purchasing and operations teams to reconcile inventory issues.

• Update inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system with accuracy and timeliness.

• Assist with full physical inventory counts as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and inventory control procedures.

• Recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical coursework or Associates degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

• 3 years of experience in inventory control or related field.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.

• Basic understanding of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Physical ability to lift move and count materials in a warehouse setting (up to 50 lbs.)

Physical Requirements:

• Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist twisting neck/waist and squatting.

• Computer Use: Typing mouse work and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

• Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise which may include noise from forklifts injection presses or other machinery.

• Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision high-impact hand tools that require significant force such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.

• Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms signals and verbal instructions.

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 50 pounds.

• Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

• Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.

• Walking: Ability to walk for long periods.

Hourly Range:

The hourly range for this position is $18-$25. Entry level operations positions generally start at an hourly rate of $17.50. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
