How Youll Make an Impact
Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment
Lead and coach warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Oversee receiving cycle counting and shipping processes
Optimize inventory flow and logistics scheduling
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics
Organize storage areas and maintain handling equipment
Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
Your Background
35 years of experience in warehousing and shipping
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
