Location:Arlington VA
Employment Type:Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Consultant Pay Range:$40-$50/hr
Duration:1-2 Months (Temp-to-Perm potential)
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable / Accounting Manager to join our client a leading organization in the health management sector. This role is critical during a period of transition and improvement providing immediate support to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and streamline operations for accounts payable payroll and expenses.
- Redesign workflows and processes including AP approvals expense policies and travel management.
- Potentially handle general ledger reconciliations and assist in redesigning the chart of accounts.
- Support month-end close forecasting and reporting improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on adaptable with a positive attitude and a strong process improvement mindset.
- Experience with NetSuite and Ramp is highly desirable especially reporting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage workload challenges.
