Job Summary

As a Multimedia Producer youll be at the heart of our creative engineconceptualizing pitching and executing multimedia solutions that inform inspire and engage. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver strategic content that supports Vanguards mission and values.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion. Consult with internal clients to understand their goals and propose innovative audiovisual solutions.
Production Leadership: Direct produce and edit video and audio content that is on-brand on-time and on-budget. Ensure each production meets client objectives and quality standards.
Collaboration & Coaching: Guide talent and crew during shoots. Partner with communications teams and subject matter experts to bring ideas to life.
Innovation & Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends. Introduce new tools and techniques to enhance our storytelling capabilities.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage external production partners and freelancers as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia production including directing editing and producing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. A background in film video production or creative arts is preferred.
Mastery of industry-standard tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere After Effects).
A strong portfolio showcasing your creative range and technical skill.
Excellent communication project management and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays our crew will have the option to work remotely or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
