Landfill Laborer - White Oak Landfill Landfill (Monroe LA)
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Wage: $17.00 $17.50 (based on experience)
- Payday: Every week no waiting around
- Overtime: Time-and-a-half for anything over 40 hours/week
What Youll Do:
Were hiring a reliable and hardworking Landfill Laborer to support daily operations at our White Oak Landfill in Monroe. This is a hands-on outdoor role where youll play a key part in keeping the facility safe clean and running efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Weed-eating andgeneral site maintenance
- Pressure washing equipmentand work areas
- Assisting withscale operationsand helping load/unload trucks
- Performing cleanup tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor
What Youll Need:
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout a 10 hour shift move and perform physical labor daily
- A safety-first mindset and team player attitude
