Automotive VDA/Estimator required in Aylesbury
up to 45000 OTE of 5000
Monday to Friday with Saturday AM (1 in 3)
Our client an expanding Automotive Bodyshop required in Aylesbury is seeking an experienced Aftersales professional.
You will be responsible for damage assessment negotiation selling Bodyshop time products and services and liaising with clients and automotive providers. You must hold experience of Audatex and have been a VDA previously.
The main duties of the role include:
- Determine the extent of structural body mechanical and electrical damage to vehicles.
- Accurately estimate parts and labour costs to repair damage.
- Prepare insurance forms to document repair costs and recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for parts and materials.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standard.
- Assist colleagues and provide guidance when necessary.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and support team productivity.
To be successful in the role you must:
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using Audatex
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
