Job Description
Join Youi and be part of a top team delivering a premium motor claims experience.
In this role youll assess vehicle damage ensure quality throughout the claims process prevent fraud and make sure everything runs smoothly. Youll work closely with our repairer network and provide outstanding support to our customers when they need it most.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage
- Oversee the quality of the claims process
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Detect and reduce fraud
- Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs
- Be the face of Youi and deliver exceptional service
About You:
- A trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting is essential
- Experience in estimating and assessing is required
- A current drivers licence
- Experience with watercraft assessing would be an advantage
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
