Permanent Full-Time $38.09$39.20/hr Springfield Lakes QLD
At Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes we believe every child deserves the best start in life and that starts with exceptional educators. Our 75-place centre offers thoughtfully designed learning environments and engaging outdoor spaces including bike tracks sandpits bush tucker gardens and more to spark curiosity and creativity.
Were looking for a Diploma or Bachelor-qualified Educational Leader to champion our curriculum and guide our passionate team of educators.

What Youll Need:
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
In-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Experience in curriculum development program evaluation and team collaboration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus if You Have:
Previous experience as an Educational Leader or in a mentoring role
Confidence using documentation and planning tools
Knowledge of National Law and Regulations
A passion for inclusive child-led education
