People & Culture Department Administrator (hybrid after onboarding) Plano TX

Want a seat at our table The People & Culture Administratorwill provide day-to-day support to the People & Culture team. This role helps with onboarding engagement activities offboarding tasks and general department operations all while contributing to a positive and people-first culture.


The Main Course Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team including scheduling meetings organizing documents and handling team correspondence.
  • Help maintain our HR system (BambooHR) by keeping employee information accurate and up to date.
  • Support onboarding for new hires and assist with offboarding tasks for departing employees.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks references and offer letters.
  • Assist with preparing simple reports and team presentations.
  • Help plan and coordinate employee events engagement activities and recognition programs.


What You Bring to the Table Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative HR or any other office support role
  • Positive approachable and team-oriented with a passion for supporting people and culture initiatives.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint); ability to learn systems quickly
