Job Summary:
TheOwner Loyalty Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and assisting customers with their vehicle purchase.
Supervisory Responsibilities-None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement owner loyalty programs to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to increase customer loyalty and drive revenue.
- Develop and manage customer communication and marketing campaigns to promote owner loyalty programs and drive customer engagement.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about owner loyalty programs and can effectively communicate program benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments including service and parts to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
- Analyze owner loyalty program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent reputation for building customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask across various strategic initiatives.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
