Responsibilities

  • Seeking new potential projects related to the companys business.
  • Presenting a comprehensive overview of our products and services highlighting their unique features and benefits. Utilize visual aids demonstrations and tailored presentations to engage customers effectively. Scheduling visits with potential and existing clients to provide hands-on experiences and address any specific questions or concerns they may have.
  • Engaging in open dialogue with customers and key stakeholders to identify their specific requirements and challenges. Conducting surveys interviews and feedback sessions to gather insights. Using this information to tailor our offerings and ensure they align with customer expectations ultimately driving satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized interactions. Utilizing active listening to understand their goals and concerns. Employing persuasive techniques to demonstrate the value of our solutions creating a sense of partnership that motivates customers to engage and invest in our products and services.
  • Facilitating communication between internal departments clients and the engineering team to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements. Reviewing equipment lists and specifications to accurately assess project costs. Preparing detailed documents for project proposals ensuring they clearly outline objectives timelines and budget estimates to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Managing and coordinating the efforts of the outsourced team ensuring they align with project goals and company standards. Monitoring performance providing guidance and facilitating communication between the outsourced team and internal stakeholders. Implementing regular check-ins and feedback loops to ensure project milestones are met and quality is maintained throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in business development business management business analysis or Marketing.
  • Good command of English speaking reading and writing.
  • Able to travel in the upcountry and overseas.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good Computer Skills.
  • Has connections with Government Oil/Gas Offshore and Renewable Energy Fields.
  • Convenience to use company car.
