Are you driven by purpose and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential At MacKillop Family Services our Out of Home Care (OOHC) program is on the front lines of supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged youth and were looking for compassionate dedicated individuals likeyou to be part of something truly meaningful.
An hourly rate of 34.46 to 40.05based on SCHADS Award Level 2-3 dependant on qualification and experience.
As a member of our team you wont just be providing in-home care youll be a mentor a supporter and a trusted guide. Youll have the chance to make areal impactevery single day by helping young people feel safe valued and empowered to build brighter futures.
Its a dynamic position where no two days will be the same we are looking for individuals who are resilient problem solvers and are dedicated in making a difference. The role requires availability to work a 24/7 roster including nights weekends and public holidays.
In this position youll receive support from a House Supervisor who will guide you as well as from a dedicated team of professionals including Case Managers Therapeutic Specialist and Coordinators. The House Supervisor will help you navigate the position providing advice and assistance when needed while the wider team will offer collaborative support and share their expertise to ensure you have the resources required to succeed.
