The Mission Hardware team within the C4IA ( Command Control Communications Cyber Intelligence and Autonomy) Engineering department is seeking a motivated innovative and collaborative Electrical Engineer I to support the design and development of cutting-edge Mission Computing products. This is an onsite position in Fort Wayne IN.
In this role youll collaborate with experienced engineers while also taking ownership of smaller projects. Youll apply your expertise in electrical engineering to design develop and support both digital and analog hardware for advanced mission computing systems. What You Will Do:
Design and develop complex digital and analog circuit boards for embedded systems
Create schematics and supporting PCB layout activities
Participate in hardware verification troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Collaborate across disciplines to support system integration and qualification
Generate clear accurate technical documentation
Support proposal activities and contributing to cost and schedule estimates
Work in a structured process-driven engineering environment
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Python C or MATLAB programming/scripting
Signal integrity and timing analysis tools
Understanding of Design to Cost (DTC) Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Design for Test (DFT)
Experience with requirements management and traceability tools

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
