Job Summary
- Data Analysis between data sets to recognize differences and validation
- Support of Power BI Models to enable KPI tracking
- Work closely with various cross functional partners to facilitate the issuance of Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Changes.
- Liaison between Senior Cost Managers and Finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices
- Create and maintain cashflow dashboards
- Compile and maintain data for project buyout analytics
- Maintain weekly updates for minor project budgets
- Compile and maintain market data on construction material costs for use in buyout evaluations
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable
Key Skills
- Strong and proven capability using excel to analyze large data sets
- Experience with Power BI and other modeling software platforms.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical creative thinking written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Power BI
- Works well in a team environment and independently gives and receives clear expectations well
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Expertise in using professional data analysis and visualization tools along with proficiency in programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with construction management software and systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Certification in data analysis or related fields.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this full-time role is $80K-$140K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
