Job Description
Description of the Role:
Join our team at The UPS Store #4267 as a Part-Time Center Associate in Norfolk NE. As a vital member of our team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping packing printing and mailbox services
- Operate computer systems efficiently to process transactions
- Operate copiers fax machine binding and laminating equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prompt reliable and responsible
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Willing and able to work 15 to 20 hours per week
