The Role

mCIOserves as a strategic advisor facilitator and relationship leader forassigned clients.Youllwork withclientsto uncoverneedspainsopportunitiesand translate them into clear solutions that deliver business outcomes.Youllwork in our MSP IT practice but collaborate acrossCybersecurity Compliance Marketing AI and UC to bring the rightteam membersexpertise and servicesto the table at the right time.

  • Clarify Business & Organizational Priorities Ask the right questions about customers to understand what an organization is really trying to accomplish.
  • Manage Outcomes & Accountability Translate strategy into objectives track progress and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • FacilitateCommunication &Collaboration Bringpeopletogether; reframe issues; and keep discussions focused on productive solutionsand outcomes.
  • Consultative Selling Build trust uncover pain frame solution concepts discuss money and guide decision criteria toward win-win outcomes.
  • Drive high levelIToutcomes askey memberof ourMSPdeliveryteam.
  • Work collaborativelywithother service practices:Cybersecurity/ComplianceDigitalMarketing ProfessionalServicesAI todrivebusiness outcomes.
  • Explain Offerings Clearly Articulate the business value of Microsoft 365 Unified Communications cloud and other core solutions.
  • Use Core Tools Effectively Communicate clearly simplify complexity and leverage PSA/CRM Microsoft 365 Teams Outlook PowerPoint Excel quoting and AI tools.
  • LeverageSalesEngineersand Subject Matter Experts toprovide clients with theexpertiseand specifics of the solutions>span classNormalTextRun SCXWBCX8 data-redactor-spantrue>need.

WhatWereLooking For

  • Proven experience in advisory consulting or leadership roles.
  • Experiencefacilitatingstakeholder discussions and guiding outcomes.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and executive communication
  • BusinessunderstandingofIT operations cybersecurity frameworks compliance marketing maturity AI adoption and UC
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 Teams Outlook PSA/CRM quoting and AI-enabled tools.
  • Bachelors degree in business IT Management or related field (othereducation or professional development inITcybersecurity compliance marketing or AI preferred).
