We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager to drive ESETs growth in the Japanese market.Job description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Conduct strategic market analysis identify and utilize WSA independently to exceed targets.
Drive key initiatives and comprehensive strategies independently to increase market share.
Profile major accounts and drive deeper revenue opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior management within channel accounts to ensure awareness of ESET capabilities and value-added technologies.
Engage with Partners externally and be the point of primary contact.
Define and execute business plans including Quarterly Business Reviews to deepen our traction with partners.
Collaborate with and support the wider sales teams and senior management in addition to marketing initiatives to maximize pull-through content.
Maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base by promoting value-added solutions.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure all offers reflect customer needs are forecasted competitively priced and are submitted on time.
Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs.
Perform weekly forecasting with accuracy.
Mentor other team members.
Work with other teams to develop the business on all products with the channel.
Hunt Recruit enable and develop targeted Distributors Resellers and System Integrators.
Identify opportunities for improving partner performance and implement strategies to address these.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Utilize advanced CRM tools to maintain detailed records of partner activities sales performance and pipeline status.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets.
Requirements:
Education:
University degree or equivalent (preferably in a business-related field)
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of sales/channel management experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry
Prior experience in a multinational or global business environment is a plus
Languages:
Native-level Japanese (spoken and written)
Business-level English (B2 or above)
