We are constantly pushing the boundaries conducting hundreds of AB tests and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience for both our students and tutors.
As a member of the Supply Operations squad youll join the tutor performance team which is a cross between data analysis and project this role you will play a critical part in further enhancing our learners experience by empowering and upskilling our tutors. You will directly contribute to our commitment to unlocking human potential through learning with the help of our tutors and product.
What youll be doing:
- Identify opportunities to improve tutors performance and quality
- Impact students experience through data analysis UX research and other methods
- Lead the implementation of various projects aimed at enhancing tutors performance and maximising tutors earnings by collaborating with Product Data Supply CRM and other stakeholders
- Create and review tutor performance and key metrics reports and providing tailored recommendations to improve tutor performance based on the findings
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gain a holistic understanding of the companys operations and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
What you need to succeed:

- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Clear communication and cross-functional influence
- Analytical fluency: (SQL Looker) and ability to turn data into action
- Outcome-orientation: Focused on real impact not just good process
- Comfort with ambiguity: Able to thrive with incomplete data or evolving priorities
- Marketplace thinking: Understands supplydemand dynamics especially tutorstudent match quality
- Change management intuition: Understands how to roll out changes in ways that tutors can adopt (e.g. balancing rigor with buy-in)
- 35 years experience in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
- Consulting background (especially MBB/Tier 2) or experience in marketplaces
